A town built around gardens

Savyon was founded in the 1950s as a garden town, and it has kept that character. There are no high-rises, the plots are large, and the streets are lined with mature trees.

It is a small local council of about 4,000 residents, which keeps it quiet and close-knit.

Living in Savyon

Homes are mostly villas on their own plots, often with pools and large gardens. Supply is small and many homes change hands without being widely advertised.

Tel Aviv is about 20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

Savyon suits buyers who want space, privacy and a large garden, and who do not need to walk to the city. It is one of the most expensive places to live in Israel.
